ArcticMed omega-3 fish oil is mixed with a very special laboratory-tested extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil is selected for its high level of protecting antioxidants called polyphenols (minimum 500mg/kg) and other bioactive components such as hydroxytyrosol (against LDL-cholesterol oxidation) and oleocanthal (anti-inflammatory). You might feel the characteristic "sting" from oleocanthal in the aftertaste.

Storage Unopened bottle: At room temperature or cooler. Avoid direct sunlight. Opened bottle: In the refrigerator. Should be consumed within 60 days. The oil may become slightly cloudy at temperatures below 5°C (clears again at higher temperatures). Keep out of the reach of small children.
