According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish distance contracts law, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You can use the standard form below, but it is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the item.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in time, the withdrawal period is met.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to all ArcticMed products, including omega-3, collagen, olive oil, and other supplements and food products.
Returned goods must be in unopened original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the packaging seal has been broken, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and confirmed that the packaging is unopened, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

This form is in accordance with Annex I, Part B of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods for health and hygiene reasons is based on Article 16(e) of the same directive.
