RETURNS
According to the distance contract, you have the right to cancel your purchase without any specific reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. When returning, the goods must be returned to us in undamaged condition. For dietary supplements and consumables, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging is broken or damaged. When returning, you as the customer are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Arctic Health AB can provide a return shipping label upon request for a cost of 60 SEK including VAT.
