Ingredients: Fish oil (wild-caught anchovy, mackerel, sardines), extra virgin olive oil, antioxidants (natural tocopherols). The lemon version contains organic lemon oil.

10 mL ArcticMed Omega-3 Premium contains:

Use

Recommended dosage

Men and women: 1.5 ml per 10 kg body weight daily.
Example: If you weigh 70 kg, take 10.5 ml daily.
For children: 0.15 ml per kg.

For dogs: 0.15 ml per kg.

We recommend the lemon version if you are sensitive to the taste of regular omega-3. The only difference is that we add lemon oil from organic lemons.
