Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you have chosen, and the products are automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you start a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month, and you will have the products delivered to your home every month – without having to place a new order yourself!

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only exception is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before it can be canceled.
You can access the customer portal via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions by creating an account in the store.

You can skip or change your payment date via the customer portal. For each scheduled delivery, there is a button labeled Skip Payment that you can use to skip the payment. You can change your payment date by clicking Change Date next to the delivery date.

If your subscription cannot be renewed due to a payment failure, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
