Our DHA Test measures the amount of DHA in the blood. Studies show that 5% is the level that women should have during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

It can be difficult to know if you have a good balance between omega-3 and omega-6. ArcticMed's test helps you find out with a simple blood test. The test is done like this:
- Order the test kit online – You will receive everything you need, including instructions, a lancet, and a return envelope.
- Collect the blood sample – By pricking your finger with the lancet, you fill a test card with a few drops of blood.
- Return the sample – Place the sample in the provided return envelope and send it to our laboratory.
- Get the analysis – After analysis, you will receive the results online. You will receive information about your Omega-3 Index and what the balance between omega-3 and omega-6 looks like in your body.
